š Sugarplums & Skulls: A Very Creepy Holiday š
Date: December 18, 2025
Mood: Festive (and slightly feral)
Current Jam: Carol of the Bells (but played on headphones)
Hello, my lovely little ghouls! š»āļø
The air is getting colder, the nights are getting longer, and the veil between the living and the dead is⦠well, itās looking particularly festive this year! I know everyone is busy wrapping presents, but Iāve been busy wrapping up some fresh nightmares in pastel ribbons.
This week in the studio, I asked myself: What if Santaās workshop was actually another universe? The result is my new collection Iām working on, "Creeping of Winter," and I am screaming (softly) about how it turned out.
Here is a look at what Iāve been sketching by candlelight.
š¦ Meet "Dinky," the paradox reindeer
I spent an hour and a half rendering this little guy, and honestly?

Heās never looked more precious. Dinky features:
* Standard reindeer antlers (with just a hint of red glow).
* One glowing red eye formed like a Christmasy black hole (the other eye fell out, oops).
* A Santa gnome tied to him with a green bow.
*A spider after his own heart, literally
He doesn't want carrots this year. He wants your anxieties. And maybe a sugar cookie.
š Thought of the Day
Remember, the holidays can be stressful. Itās okay if your spirit is a little broken, as long as your aesthetic is on point. Be like a haunted doll: stare vacantly, look beautiful, and make everyone slightly uncomfortable.
Stay spooky and warm,
xoxo The Creative yet weird Odyssey lady (with a glue gun and resin so if you canāt find me, send help I got stuck lol) š¤šāØ
